Any wetsuit that needs Alterations within the first year of fulfillment is completely covered under the 7TILL8 Craftsmen's Pledge and free of charge. Our current alteration lead time for wetsuits fulfilled under one year is 4 weeks.

Repairs

To request a repair, please fill out this repair request form. Upon review and diagnosis of the scope of work, we'll respond back with a repair quotation and you can decide if you'd like to proceed.

Our current lead time for repairs under this criteria is 4 weeks.

As of April 2024, we are no longer able to offer complimentary repair services due to rising costs. We apologize if this is disappointing news, but this was not a decision that we made lightly after offering this free service for over 7+ years. We hope that you understand and continue to support us.

All custom wetsuits are final sale.

For all non-custom wetsuit products, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

...If I leave my wetsuit in the sun for too long and it breaks, will 7TILL8 repair it? If you have dried out the neoprene, we cannot bring it back from the dead. We may assess the repair for an additional service charge.

..My zipper needs replacement after 4 years of use? Yes, good on you for keeping your wetsuit in great condition for this long. To request a repair, please fill out this repair request form.

... I fall on my fin and gash up my wetsuit? Accidental damage does not fall under our free repair policy, but we can still repair this for you for the additional service charge. To request a repair, please fill out this repair request form.

... I decide to repair the wetsuit myself first? All repairs done by a third party will immediately void the warranty, as it compromises our own ability to deliver on a proper repair.

... a section of my wetsuit falls under your repair policy, but another section does not?

When submitting your repair request, please indicate what part of your wetsuit you want the repair to occur.

Each repair request submitted is thoroughly reviewed by our team so we can offer the best repair possible. In the event that it falls under our policy, we will inform you of any additional charges.

Our team of repair experts will not proceed with a repair that requires a service charge unless approved by you to do so.

Our team is happy to alter this wetsuit free of charge.

Our current alteration lead time for wetsuits fulfilled under 1 year is 4 weeks.

Any wetsuit that was fulfilled over 1-year ago is not covered under our Craftsmen's Pledge Warranty.

Any alteration requests after 1-year will result in a Service Charge of $95 for replacement parts and labor and a lead time of 6 weeks.

Regardless of when the wetsuit was fulfilled, the following alterations cannot be accommodated:

- Wetsuit is tight as a result of weight gain, muscle gain, and/or height change.

- Wetsuit is a non-custom 7TILL8 product.

- Wetsuit requires additional zipper or velcro implementations.

All alterations made by a third party to a 7TILL8 wetsuit will void the 7TILL8 warranty policy.
