Going Custom
There are a lot of factors to consider when purchasing a new wetsuit, such as warmth, comfort, flexibility, and durability. Overall performance can be significantly lowered by a bad fit.
Wearing our custom-fit wetsuits puts less stress on the seams and materials, extending the life of the wetsuit. A tailored wetsuit also creates a distraction-free experience that elevates your comfort and performance in the water. With a perfect fitting wetsuit, you will be able to explore longer and switch out your wetsuit less.
We ditched the assembly line and instead have our expert craftsmen carefully construct your wetsuit to perfection. Each wetsuit is hand built and treated with individual care. Each construction process is monitored to ensure that every cut, seam, and stitch is carefully executed with the utmost integrity. Our quality control team reviews every single wetsuit to make sure they meet the high-quality standard that we set.
We choose and source the best materials, design our own wetsuits, and build each wetsuit specifically for the customer.We stand behind everything we build. If for any reason the wetsuit does not fit, we will alter, remake and work with you to make sure your 7TILL8 wetsuit fits the way it should.
You may submit measurements for your wetsuit either before or after purchasing. You will need to create an account and follow the instructions shown here.
Video instructions will teach you how to measure up to 18 different points on your body. Submit as you go and one of our pattern makers will review your measurements to make sure there are no errors. Don’t worry; we always reach out to the customer if we see a mistake.Please note that measurements must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to receive wetsuit within 4-5 weeks.
What you will need to measure:

2. Ruler or Straightedge
3. Another person to help measure
4. Thin shorts and tight fitting t-shirt
Tips on measuring:
1. Relax, breathe normally and look straight ahead when getting measured.
2. Create tension. No need to tighten the measuring tape so much for the skin to be folding out the sides, but tight enough so it does not droop.
3. Repeat the measurement a few times to make sure accurate measurements are placed.

Yamamoto is a premium limestone based neoprene made in Japan. Sustainably sourced and manufactured, Yamamoto is 99.7% water impermeable, making it the lightest, warmest, and fastest drying neoprene on the market.

Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship all wetsuit orders within 4-5 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
Every 7TILL8 wetsuit includes free US shipping via USPS or UPS. An additional $50 is required for international shipping. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
No, it only covers the cost of delivery. Please contact your local customs office to obtain the duties and taxes rate for your country.

Currently, it takes 4-5 weeks to process and ship your order. Please contact info@7TILL8.com with any questions if your wetsuit will be needed quicker than the current lead time.
We ship globally to any destination. Tariff and tax rates will apply, but due to fluctuations in these charges, we are unable to include them in the price of shipping. Please check with your local customs office for these charges and contact us if you need any help.
Wetsuit Care Guidelines
1. Rinse thoroughly in fresh water after use to wash away any sand or debris.
2. Fold at the waist and hang dry out of direct sun.
3. When dry, store away in cool shaded area away from direct sun.
4. Repeat after each session to extend the life of your wetsuit.

Warranty
Every one of our wetsuits are hand built with the most care and we stand behind everything we create. With every wetsuit we will try our very best to fix and repair for as long as the wetsuit can be repaired.
It's our duty to make you happy and if your 7TILL8 wetsuit needs repair to get many more years of usage we will gladly fix and send back. Please note that while we will gladly accommodate repairs, shipping charges will apply to ship back your product.

The warranty is voided if the wetsuit has been edited by a non-7TILL8 team member. This includes DIY repair attempts and/or third party repair jobs.
Please fill out this Alterations/Repair Request Form so we can anticipate your request in advance.

We will ship back your wetsuit after completion.
Repairs and alterations take approximately 4 weeks to complete and shipped back to your location promptly.

Should your non-custom 7TILL8 wetsuit not work out, return your wetsuit with the order number included. We'll accept your wetsuit as long as it has been unworn and unused in the water for an exchange or return.

Repairs and alterations take approximately 4 weeks to complete upon arrival of your wetsuit. We appreciate your understanding of our time frame as we inspect every suit thoroughly and the quality of our repairs take time to ensure their durability.
We do not offer any refunds on any custom wetsuits, as they are made only for you and cannot be re-sold.
We stand behind everything we build. If for any reason the wetsuit does not fit, we will alter, remake and work with you to make sure your 7TILL8 wetsuit fits the way it should. Please contact info@7TILL8.com to let us know.
We use the best materials and construction techniques to bring you the best quality wetsuit. There is a point in time when your wetsuit cannot be repaired any longer. When your wetsuit is past its repairable life, we recommend that you recycle the wetsuit.
Updated 2/27/23 - Unfortauntely, we no longer accept wetsuits for recycling. We are currently looking into new suppliers to service our recycling program.
Measurements
You may submit measurements for your wetsuit either before or after purchasing.
You can choose to submit measurements via our online video tutorial or schedule a virtual or in-person measuring appointment. See all our options to get measured here.
After measurements are submitted through our online portal, the following happens:
Your measurements are checked relative to your weight and height. Your wetsuit patterns are created and cut and then put together by our highly skilled wetsuit builders. Once your wetsuit is complete, we check for quality, package it, and ship to your location.
No, our video measurement guide takes you through a step-by-step process that teaches you how to measure. However, help from another person will be needed for critical measurements.
No, only your specific measurements can be managed through your user account.
Wetsuit Options
If there is a custom option that you would like and do not see available, please contact us before placing an order at info@7TILL8.com and we will confirm the modification or customization can be made.
Yes, you can! It costs an additional $275 USD to add a custom logo and remove the 7TILL8 one. We offer the ability to add your own logo in two color options (black or white) and four placements (chest, back, left thigh, and right thigh). In order to successfully add a custom logo, you must also submit a proper vector file to our team. Any issues with the file will results in delays on delivering the wetsuit.

We offer a 24-hour grace period for any change requests Please contact us at info@7TILL8.com as soon as possible to make a change request.
Tall, short, big, or small we can make any size. As long as accurate measurements are submitted, we can create wetsuits for various shapes, sizes, and figures.
If you have special needs due to a disability or medical condition, we will go out of our way to make sure you have a wetsuit that fits you. Please reach out to see if we can accommodate you.

We can make wetsuits for children, however please consider our alteration policy before purchasing for children. Our pattern maker will assess the measurements submitted for a child and may reach out for additional information if required.
Payment Process
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and use a SSL encrypted credit card processor for safe and easy transactions. If you don’t see your preferred payment method, please email us at info@7TILL8.com.
If you are purchasing from the state of California, taxes will apply.
